OK, the site is up on line now and looking ok.
On Thursday I am going to this conference

I'm hoping that I will get some idea about the future of the Arts in the policy for Health and Well-being. It looks to me as if this current government is going to promote well-being in the workplace and as a part of health and safety initiatives as a way of reducing the demand on the National Health Service as we know it. It also seems to have links with the changes to the NHS such as the removal of PCTs. As PCTs are often commissioners of Arts in Health projects, this represents a switch from one service delivery to a new and currently unknown commission service, based at GP level. What does this mean? My guess is that localised and independent services, such as existing CIC groups, will be able to gain contracts from GPs. Good news for the South West of England, where services are already embedded in GP practices but it means other parts of the country will have to catch up. More news on Thursday, after the conference.
